Refund policy

90 days, no reason needed.

CheerKore sells printable PDF downloads. Nothing is posted, so there is nothing to return — but if a pack does not help your family, email hello@cheerkore.com within 90 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the order.

You keep the files. We are not going to ask a parent to prove they deleted a PDF, and we are not going to make you fill in a form explaining yourself. If it did not work for you, that is reason enough.

How the refund is paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we process it, your bank or card issuer usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it. We cannot speed that part up.

No shipping, no fees

Because every product is a digital download, there is nothing to send back, no return postage to pay, and no restocking fee. The full amount comes back.

Practitioner Licence

The Practitioner Licence carries the same 90-day window. We will ask once whether a smaller licence would suit you better before processing it — we would rather move you to the right product than keep money for the wrong one.

Your statutory rights

Depending on where you live, buying a digital download delivered immediately can waive an automatic statutory cancellation right. Our 90-day promise is offered on top of, never instead of, whatever rights you have under your local consumer law. Nothing here limits them.
