CheerKore started from a simple observation: almost every piece of parenting advice is written for a calm child. Reason with them. Explain the consequence. Ask them to use their words. All good advice, and all of it useless in the ninety seconds when it actually matters, because a child past a certain point is not processing sentences.
So we make the other thing. Scripts you say the same way every time. Cards a child can point at instead of speaking. Worksheets that give a worry a shape and somewhere to go. Printed on paper, stuck on a fridge, kept in a car door, reached for in the moment rather than read in advance.
Sorted by stage, not by topic.
Everything we publish is organised around three stages — settled, building, and over. It is the single most useful idea we can hand you, because it tells you which tool has any chance of working right now. Teaching and consequences belong in settled. Choices and movement belong in building. In over, only presence and time do anything at all.
What we will not do.
We do not invent statistics. If you see a number in a CheerKore pack, it is either something you counted yourself on a tracker, or it is not there. Plenty of parenting products quote precise-sounding figures that trace back to nothing. We would rather say "most children" than invent a percentage.
We do not sell things that do not exist yet. Editable files get asked for often. They are not built, so they are not for sale, and they are not promised on any product page.
We do not pretend to be treatment. These are practice materials. They sit alongside a professional, never in place of one. If a child is in real distress, the right next step is a paediatrician, not a printable.
Who is behind it.
CheerKore is a small independent shop, registered and operating in Ontario, Canada, and trading since 2026. Every pack is written, illustrated and laid out in-house, and every page is designed to stay legible in black and white on an ordinary home printer, because that is what most people actually own.
