Worth knowing before you write:
- Download problem? Tell us the email address you used at checkout and we will resend the link straight away.
- Wrong paper size, or a page that will not print right? Say which pack and which page. We will send you a fixed file.
- Want a refund? Within 90 days, just ask. No form, no reason required, and you keep the files.
- School, clinic or district licence? Tell us roughly how many sites and we will write a licence that fits properly rather than selling you the wrong one.
- Want a page adapted for a particular child? Describe the situation. This is the email we most enjoy getting.
What we cannot do is give clinical advice about your child. We are not clinicians, and a stranger reading one email is the worst possible person to ask. If you are worried about a child's eating, sleeping, school attendance or safety, please speak to your paediatrician or family doctor.
